- Delitrade/GoldMeat wishes to consolidate its position as Benelux market leader in gelatine and aspic products and further strengthen its position as a niche player throughout Europe.
- Delitrade/GoldMeat produces and commercialises premium gelatine and aspic products that cater to the eating habits, current trends and local needs within its markets.
- Delitrade/GoldMeat strives, through a continuous process of innovation and renewal, to produce and commercialise ever better products that meet the specific (and evolving) needs of the end consumer. During the period 2008-2010, Delitrade/GoldMeat plans to introduce innovative gelatine and aspic products to the market that revolve around the following 5 themes:

- Reclosable
- 'Heat & Eat' – gelatine/aspic product packaged in a microwave-proof tray; the product can be eaten cold or warm (4 minutes in the microwave oven)
- Delitrade/GoldMeat intends to support the position of its products in the market through strong and recognisable brand names such as Gold Meat, Trendition, Pickanterie and Delitrade.
- Delitrade/GoldMeat strives to attain the highest quality by subjecting itself to the highest standards for hygiene, food safety, control and traceability of the cuts of meat used in its products.
