Low fat
Delitrade has also responded to the trend of following a healthy diet with less fat. Exclusively lean meats are used, for instance, which in some cases reduces the percentage of fat in the final product to less than 2%. Lean Turkey with pickled pearl onions is a good example. This product is now available in 200 g (slice) and 1.25 kg (block) packages.
